Class locations for back pain

Across the country there are several ESCAPE-pain providers that have either restarted their face-to-face ESCAPE-pain for backs classes, or others who are delivering virtual classes on platforms such as MS Teams, Attend Anywhere and Zoom. Group sizes are between 3-6 and seem to be going down very well with participants and facilitators alike, but as you might expect the technology can sometimes be challenging!

We also know of additional sites aiming to restart in the coming weeks so please keep an eye on our site map below for updates.

BLUE icon on the map below indicates a site delivering face-to-face classes.

RED icon indicates a site delivering virtual classes.

GREEN icon indicates a site that is intending to start over the coming weeks.

GREY icon indicates a site that has not yet returned to delivering ESCAPE-pain for backs classes. Some classes are paused whilst physiotherapy colleagues are supporting other services and most leisure sites are closed for face-to-face activity. We look forward to working with these sites to get classes back up and running, when the situation improves.
